I am Benjamin, a business strategist with over 15 years of experience assisting start-ups, scale-ups, and established businesses to grow better.

Beginnings

My journey began in the music industry. Having performed with artists such as Jeff Beck, Coolio, and The Sugar Babes. I took these learnings and founded and ran multiple businesses, led a company of over 200 people, and attracted high-profile customers such as Disney, EE, and Members of the Royal Family. By applying Lean Six Sigma principles and putting our customers at the forefront of what we did, we created some of the best entertainment experiences available on the market and ran over 1,000 events annually. Supporting Businesses

From there, I've taken this learning to support hyper-growth companies in different sectors and advised the UK government on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the wedding industry. Recently, I've worked in the biotech, Fintech, and ESG sectors.

Now

My passion lies in systematically applying the principles of Lean/Six Sigma* to Start-Ups and Scale-Ups, leveraging the latest tech developments.
